Walter shrugs in response to that Look. He's never not... him, though that statement was a lot more deliberate than his usual antics tend to be.
Dent doesn't linger on the platform long once Caro's started to move. That Dent ends up leading isn't all that surprising or worrisome; it gives him less opportunity to shoot them in the back. Walter, however, has a moment of pause when he realizes Dent apparently doesn't plan on having a private conversation with him. He's not sure to be less paranoid at that or more.
He ends up following along behind Caro, the dog, and the Peacekeeper. A couple paces away from the platform Dent glances back at them, only to say with a little bit of a laugh, "You named your dog Egg."
